INA’S
BROWNIES
I’ve
always thought that brownies were extremely hard to make and that that’s the
reason why we rarely have then in Slovenia. Now I think it’s just because it’s
an Anglo-Saxon thing that’s never really come to us. Which is a shame.
Anyways,
it’s a simple yet really tasty treat for your sweet tooth (and possibly for its
cavities) and since I’ve gotten the Rp./ from my dear friend (and dentist!!!)
I’ve made them quite often. Needless to say, they’ve always been crowd pleasers
and so it comes naturally to me to share the Rp./ with you guys.
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of coco powder
- 150 grams of flour
- 150 grams of sugar but feel free to use less, or
more …
- 175 grams of butter
- 100 grams
of chocolate chips or chopped up chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
-1 bag of vanilla sugar
How
to:
Preheat
the oven to 190 degrees C.
Break
the eggs and stir them well.
Using
a bain-marie melt the butter. Add the sugar and mix so it becomes a mixture of even
consistency. Add the coco powder and mix well.
Now
take the mixture of the heat so it doesn’t burn and the egg don’t scrumble. Add
the vanilla extract, baking powder, vanilla sugar and eggs. Mix well. And the
flour, mix.
Line
the baking tray with baking parchment and pour the brownie batter into the
tray. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 190 C.
If you can, I know looking at the brownies it will be hard, let them cool before enjoying them (ir)responsibly.
